About the Role

Sphera is looking for a Customer Success Operations Analyst to support the implementation, administration, and optimization of its Customer Success platform, Vitally.

In this role, you will work closely with Customer Success, Revenue Operations, Product, Data, and Engineering teams to improve customer lifecycle management. Your responsibilities will include maintaining customer health scores, automating workflows, creating dashboards, monitoring customer data, and supporting business operations.

This is an excellent opportunity for candidates who want to gain practical experience in Customer Success Operations, SaaS platforms, business analytics, and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Success Platform Management

  • Support the implementation and administration of the Vitally platform.
  • Create and manage customer health scores and lifecycle stages.
  • Configure workflows, playbooks, automation rules, and alerts.
  • Maintain customer accounts and user data within the platform.
  • Assist in testing and deploying new features.

Customer Data Management

  • Monitor integrations between Vitally, CRM systems, support tools, and product platforms.
  • Identify and resolve data quality issues.
  • Validate customer engagement and usage data.
  • Maintain documentation for business rules and data definitions.

Reporting & Analytics

  • Build dashboards and reports for Customer Success leadership.
  • Track KPIs including:
    • Customer Adoption
    • Engagement
    • Renewals
    • Churn Risk
    • Customer Health
  • Perform ad hoc data analysis and reporting.
  • Identify trends that improve customer outcomes.

Process Improvement

  • Document Customer Success workflows and operational processes.
  • Recommend improvements for customer lifecycle management.
  • Help implement scalable operational processes.
  • Support change management and user training initiatives.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with Customer Success Managers, Revenue Operations, Product, and Engineering teams.
  • Participate in implementation projects and meetings.
  • Gather business requirements and translate them into system configurations.

Required Qualifications

Candidates should possess:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business, Analytics, Information Systems, Operations, or a related field.
  • 0–3 years of experience in Customer Success, Business Operations, Revenue Operations, Data Analytics, or SaaS environments.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.

Preferred Skills

Candidates with the following skills will have an added advantage:

  • Exposure to Customer Success platforms such as Vitally, Gainsight, Planhat, ChurnZero, or Totango.
  • Experience with CRM platforms like Salesforce, HubSpot, or Zendesk.
  • Basic understanding of SQL.
  • Familiarity with SaaS business models and customer lifecycle management.
  • Experience using dashboards and Business Intelligence (BI) tools.
