Job Description
Citi is looking for an Ops Sup Analyst to join its Operations team in Chennai. This is an entry-level role responsible for providing operational support, maintaining records and documentation, managing account-related activities, and coordinating with internal teams and clients.
The selected candidate will collaborate with business stakeholders, legal teams, compliance teams, and technology teams to support client reporting projects and regulatory requirements while ensuring high-quality client service.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform business analysis and document current and future client reporting processes.
- Prepare project status reports and presentations for stakeholders.
- Coordinate with Legal and Compliance teams to obtain approvals for regulatory requirements.
- Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and technology teams.
- Recommend business priorities by evaluating risks, timelines, and project requirements.
- Create training materials, conduct user training sessions, and prepare User Acceptance Testing (UAT) scripts.
- Develop and maintain project plans while tracking progress across multiple departments.
- Manage multiple client reporting and regulatory projects simultaneously.
- Deliver exceptional client service while meeting operational and compliance standards.
- Identify and manage operational risks by following Citi’s policies and regulatory guidelines.
Eligibility Criteria
Candidates should possess:
- Bachelor’s degree, Engineering degree, or equivalent qualification.
- Graduate or Postgraduate from a recognized institution.
- Freshers as well as experienced professionals are eligible to apply.
- Relevant experience in operations or financial services will be an added advantage.
