About the Role
As an Associate – Asset & Wealth Management, you will work alongside Private Wealth Management (PWM) teams to deliver outstanding client service, operational support, and risk management. The role involves managing client accounts, supporting investment operations, and ensuring smooth execution of wealth management services while maintaining compliance with internal and regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Support advisor teams serving high-net-worth individuals with investment and wealth management solutions.
- Handle new account onboarding, account maintenance, and asset transfer requests.
- Process account funding and other client service requests efficiently.
- Monitor and report client portfolio performance.
- Assist with cash balance management and private banking services.
- Ensure all client accounts comply with regulatory and internal policy requirements.
- Resolve client service issues within defined timelines.
- Manage and track new business opportunities using Salesforce.
- Identify operational improvements to enhance client experience.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver seamless wealth management services.
Required Qualifications
Candidates should possess:
- Graduate, Engineering, or Post Graduate degree.
- Preferred educational background in Finance, Management, Accounting, or Economics.
- Good understanding of client onboarding, account maintenance, and account funding processes.
- Knowledge of financial instruments such as:
