About the Role
As an associate operations analyst, you will be responsible for monitoring and analyzing system performance to ensure efficient processing across business operations. You will work closely with IT Technical and Application Support teams to identify operational issues, maintain analytical reports, support automation processes, and contribute to business continuity initiatives.
This role provides an excellent opportunity to build expertise in production support, system analysis, database reporting, and IT operations.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Collect and maintain operational data to support business performance reporting.
- Assist in creating reports that help monitor system processing efficiency.

Eligibility Criteria
Candidates should possess any of the following qualifications:

- Engineering Degree
