About the Role
Razorpay is looking for a Junior Analyst to join its Business Operations team within the Neobanking division. In this role, you will support merchant onboarding, manage support tickets, prepare reports, and coordinate with multiple teams to ensure a seamless onboarding process.
This is a 6-month contractual position with the possibility of being converted into a full-time role based on performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in tracking merchant onboarding requests and ensure smooth progress across banking partners.
- Manage support tickets raised by merchants and internal teams while maintaining defined turnaround times (TAT).
- Prepare and maintain onboarding trackers, reports, and performance dashboards.
- Monitor pending cases and provide regular status updates.
- Coordinate with Sales, Operations, and Banking Partner teams to resolve issues and move onboarding cases forward.
- Identify data inconsistencies and support process improvements through analytical insights.
Required Qualifications
Candidates should possess:
- A Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- Preference will be given to candidates from Commerce, Economics, Engineering, Statistics, or other analytical backgrounds.
- Freshers as well as experienced professionals are encouraged to apply.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets, including formulas, pivot tables, and basic data cleaning.
- Basic understanding of reporting and dashboards.
