About the Role
The GCC Operations Associate will support the Hyderabad GCC Hub Operations team in ensuring smooth operational activities, employee engagement initiatives, leadership coordination, stakeholder management, and communication support across the organization.
The role requires strong ownership, multitasking abilities, coordination skills, and the capability to work with multiple stakeholders efficiently.
Roles & Responsibilities
Hub Operations Support
- Provide operational support for Hub initiatives, events, and leadership forums.
- Maintain centralized documentation and operational trackers.
- Assist in coordinating internal operational activities.
Stakeholder & Leadership Engagement
- Coordinate meetings, leadership sessions, and site visits.
- Support cross-functional stakeholder interactions.
- Prepare meeting briefs, talking points, and follow-up reports.
Centre Experience & Employee Engagement
- Support execution of employee engagement programs and culture initiatives.
- Assist in festive celebrations and employee experience activities.
- Coordinate with different functional teams for smooth event execution.
External Coordination & Ecosystem Engagement
- Assist in handling external industry interactions and partner engagements.
- Coordinate campus visits, immersion programs, and delegation activities.
- Manage communication and logistics support.
Communication & Presentation Support
- Design presentations, reports, newsletters, and communication materials.
- Maintain templates, content repositories, and archival records.
- Prepare leadership review presentations using PowerPoint.
Research & Reporting
- Conduct research on GCC trends and best practices.
- Support survey analysis, dashboards, and operational reporting.
- Assist in data collection and insights preparation.
Required Skills
